1. Initial Meeting

First we'll have a meeting with you to understand what you'd like to achieve with a chatbot. If you're not quite sure our knowledgeable service delivery managers can help you at this stage.


2. Initial Draft

We'll create the chatbot based on our initial conversations and present a draft which you will be able to preview as though it were on your website.
Of course it's not on your site yet, we just have a system to simulate the looks and feel. After this if you have any edits we will make them.


3. Time to go Live

Once you're happy we can either insert a piece of code in your website or we can provide this for your web team to do for you.
This is a simple piece of code after which your chatbot will be live. All you have to do is sit back as the chatbot takes care of the initial enquiries and you just get email summaries.
